Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the personal-care nature of AuréNectar products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

PREORDERS

All preorder purchases are final sale. Please review the stated preorder and anticipated shipping information before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, including in situations where an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact AuréNectar within 3 days of delivery and provide your order information and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
